Is this a PG or a hostel?
No. Every unit at Vindhyachal Apartment is a complete apartment — your own door, your own kitchen, your own bathroom. You rent the whole apartment as one tenancy. The 2-girls and 3-girls listings are not PG beds; they're apartments rented to a group of girls who choose to live together (sisters, college friends, working colleagues). You decide who lives with you, not us.
How many apartments are in the building?
There are 12 fully furnished apartments at Vindhyachal Apartment. Currently 4 are available — 2 are 1BHK apartments for families or girls, and 2 are on our dedicated girls-only floor. The rest are already let out to long-term tenants.
I'm shifting to Jaipur from another city. Do I need to bring any furniture?
No. Every apartment at Vindhyachal Apartment is 100% furnished. Bed with mattress, wardrobe, AC, geyser, fridge, washing machine, LED TV, gas stove with connection, RO water purifier, kitchen utensils, curtains, and high-speed WiFi are all already installed. You only need to bring your clothes and personal items.
What does "girls-only floor" mean exactly?
An entire floor of the building is reserved for female tenants only — no mixed tenancy, no male tenants on that floor. The apartments on the girls-only floor are rented as complete units to groups of 2 or 3 girls (you and your flatmates choose each other, we don't assign strangers). CCTV-monitored entry, 24×7 security, family households on adjacent floors. Major peace of mind for parents.
Can a single working woman or college girl rent the ₹17K or ₹16K 1BHK alone?
Yes. The ₹17,000 Premium 1BHK and the ₹16,000 Comfortable 1BHK are both available for families OR for girls. A single working woman, a girl-pair, or even 2–3 girls sharing can take the entire 1BHK apartment. Many of our tenants choose this option for more space and privacy than a sharing arrangement offers.
What deposit and notice period do you charge?
Standard 1–2 months security deposit (refundable on exit), 1-month notice period. Zero brokerage — you deal directly with the owner, Gaurav Jain.
Are working women in BPO night shifts (Teleperformance, Genpact) accepted?
Yes, absolutely. Many of our tenants work at Teleperformance Mansarovar (3.7 km), Genpact Jaipur (4.7 km), IIS University, IIIM, and the RIICO BPO cluster. CCTV-monitored entry and 24×7 security make late-shift returns safe.
How far is the property from IIS University, IIIM, and St. Wilfred's College?
IIS School Mansarovar is 1.4 km, IIS (Deemed to be) University is 3 km, IIIM is 2.2 km, St. Wilfred's College for Girls is 1 km, Sanskriti College is 900 m — all within a 10-minute auto ride.
How do I shift in if I'm coming from outside Rajasthan?
Send a WhatsApp message or call us at +91 94148 83452 a day in advance. Our caretaker will receive you at the apartment, hand over keys, and walk you through every room and appliance. You can come straight from Jaipur Airport (45 min), Railway Station (15 min), or Sindhi Camp Bus Stand (20 min).
How do I pay rent?
UPI, NEFT, or bank transfer. Rent is collected on the 1st of every month. Electricity is billed separately as per metered usage.
