A complete apartment, not a PG bed
In a PG, individual beds may be assigned to unrelated residents and common areas are often shared. Here, a group of two or three girls rents one complete apartment as a single tenancy. The group chooses who lives together; the owner does not place strangers into the unit.

Safety questions parents should ask
No property can replace personal judgment. During the visit, inspect the building entrance, CCTV placement, locks, lighting, route from the main road and the process for late arrival. Confirm who holds spare keys and how repairs are handled.
Also check the daily commute
Travel the actual route at the time the tenant will normally leave or return. The website publishes nearby education and employment landmarks, but travel time varies with traffic and shift timings.
Documents and tenancy clarity
Ask for a written rent agreement that identifies the occupants, monthly rent, refundable deposit, notice period, inventory and responsibility for electricity or damage. Keep copies of identification and every payment receipt.

Can one girl rent the whole apartment?
A single woman can enquire about either furnished 1BHK. The ₹10,000 and ₹12,000 apartments are configured for groups of two or three girls.
Are male tenants allowed on the girls-only floor?
The published policy reserves that floor for female tenants. Confirm visitor and access rules directly with the owner before finalising the tenancy.
Is food provided like a PG?
No food service is advertised. These are self-contained apartments with a furnished kitchen, allowing tenants to cook or arrange meals independently.
